Jaité: «Monaco didn't do what it took to keep me»

Mam Jaiteh, in statements to the BeBasket website, explained the reasons why he left Monaco to continue his career in Dubai.

"I wanted to stay in Monaco. But they didn't do what it took to keep me. They were late to show interest and financially did not meet my expectations," Jaiteh said.

He also emphasized that the Dubai project is attractive and gives him the opportunity to make history, while also referring to the criticism the team receives for its position in the Euroleague.

"They are investing a lot and it is a team that wants to stay for a long time," concluded Mam Jaiteh.
