Hapoel Tel Aviv Seeks to Naturalize Jonathan Motley as Israeli

Hapoel Tel Aviv, coached by Dimitris Itoudis, has initiated procedures to naturalize Jonathan Motley as an Israeli citizen. The team has submitted the necessary documents to the Israeli Federation, aiming for the 30-year-old American center to obtain Israeli citizenship.

According to the letter sent to the Israel Basketball Association, Hapoel Tel Aviv believes that Motley would be a significant addition to the Israeli national team, both professionally and in terms of representation.

The team submitted the request on June 6th and is awaiting a response from the Federation.
