Ancelotti: Neymar Needs Playing Time

Carlo Ancelotti stated that Neymar needs to find playing time ahead of the World Cup. The Italian coach emphasized the importance of improving his form, referring to Neymar's absence, stressing that the Brazilian star still has time to return to the highest level.
Ancelotti said that Brazil has tremendous potential which they must confirm at the World Cup, one day before the friendly match against Tunisia. Already qualified for the 2026 World Cup, Brazil concludes its tour of Europe on Tuesday in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, a few days after its victory over Senegal at the Emirates Stadium in London.
Ancelotti was also asked about the absence of Neymar, the top scorer in the history of the national team (79 goals), who returned to Santos this year but was not called up for the tour: Neymar is one of the players who can play in the World Cup. He needs to regain his rhythm after his injury. He still has six months to compete. The championship stops in December, then he will be able to rest. He needs to find playing time.
