Champions League: Club Brugge Completes Comeback, Beats Salzburg 3-2 with Tzolis Assist

Club Brugge mounted an impressive comeback to defeat Salzburg 3-2 in the Champions League playoffs. Christos Tzolis played a key role in the turnaround, providing the assist for the winning goal.

Despite trailing by two goals in the first half, Club Brugge responded strongly in the second half. Rasmussen equalized the score from the first leg in the 18th minute, while Baidoo made it 2-0 in the 42nd minute. However, Club Brugge dominated the second half, with Seys reducing the deficit to 2-1 in the 61st minute and Forbes equalizing to 2-2. In stoppage time, Tzolis assisted Vanaken, who scored the final goal for a 3-2 victory.

Club Brugge will face Rangers in the play-offs for a place in the Champions League League Phase.
