Conference League: What's the situation with AEK's yellow cards?

AEK has qualified for the Round of 16 in the Conference League, finishing third in the League Phase. A significant factor accompanying the team is the accumulation of yellow cards.

In total, AEK has collected 16 yellow cards during the six matchdays of the League Phase. These cards will remain in effect until the quarter-final stage, where they will be reset.

According to the regulations, a player who accumulates three yellow cards will miss the next match. Five AEK players are currently on the verge:

• Rota (2 yellow cards)
• Jović (2 yellow cards)
• Marin (2 yellow cards)
• Mantalos (2 yellow cards)
• Vida (2 yellow cards)

Additionally, Pineda, Pereira, Pilios, Relvas, Koutessa, and Strakosha each have one yellow card.
