Triantis Debuts for Greece National Team

Nectarios Triantis made his debut for the Greek National Team in a friendly match against Belarus in Hungary. The 22-year-old midfielder came on as a substitute in the 64th minute, replacing Manolis Siopis.

Triantis, who was born and raised in Australia, has played for Australia's youth national teams but chose to represent Greece. He plays for Minnesota in the USA, where he has 3 goals and 2 assists in 9 appearances.

Ivan Jovanovic gave Triantis the opportunity to make his debut with the Greek National Team.
