Fortounis: "Olympiacos is my priority in the summer"

Kostas Fortounis, who plays for Al Khaleej, attended the Olympiacos basketball game against Fenerbahce at SEF and spoke to NOVA about his possible return to Olympiacos.

Fortounis stated: "I'm fine. We are safe. The country is great. The league continues. The goal was for the team to be saved. We have achieved it with good football. Any position higher we achieve is a success."

Referring to the Olympiacos basketball team, he said: "When I come, I like to be here. They are very good this year, with good players and roster. I hope they go as high as possible."

Regarding the possibility of returning to Olympiacos, he emphasized: "Right now I am in a team. In the summer I am free so I will discuss with the teams and Olympiacos is always a priority for me. I have said that. Olympiacos is everything. It would be ideal to retire here."

Finally, about his experience in Saudi Arabia, he noted: "It offered me something different. I lived it. And I will be free to decide again."
