Gattuso: «Donnarumma will sign for Manchester City»

The new coach of the Italian national team, Gennaro Gattuso, has confirmed that Gianluigi Donnarumma will join Manchester City.

Gattuso stated in a press conference that Donnarumma needs to undergo medical examinations and sign his contract with the team. The transfer is expected to be completed soon.

Donnarumma, who is leaving Paris Saint-Germain, had agreed with Manchester City some time ago. The team was waiting to find a solution for Ederson, who is expected to continue his career at Fenerbahce.

The 26-year-old Donnarumma was a key contributor to Paris's journey to winning the Champions League last season. He joined PSG in 2021.
