Manchester United signs Benjamin Šeško

Slovenian international striker Benjamin Šeško, who scored 21 goals for RB Leipzig in the 2024-2025 Bundesliga season, has signed a five-year contract with Manchester United, as announced today (9/8).

The transfer of the 22-year-old star will cost approximately 85 million euros, including bonuses. Šeško, who arrived at Leipzig in 2023 from Salzburg, is the third major signing for the Red Devils this summer, following Matheus Cunha from Wolves and Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford.

The three forwards scored 58 goals last season. "The history of Manchester United is obviously incredible, but what motivated me even more was the future," said Šeško.
