Despite Barcelona returning to the renovated Camp Nou in November 2025, fans have complained about the high ticket prices. Now, they have an additional reason to protest, as the recent downpour in Barcelona revealed defects in the new stadium.

Press boxes were filled with water, which fell on computers, while tarpaulins appeared. The roof in many places resembled a waterfall. The cost of renovating the stadium is expected to exceed €1.5 billion.
