Nikolic: 'I don't like the holiday atmosphere, the players are ready'

AEK coach Marko Nikolic expressed his concerns about the atmosphere of complacency ahead of the Conference League match against Aris Limassol. In the press conference, he stressed the need for concentration and the importance of keeping a clean sheet.

Nikolic emphasized that Aris Limassol is a demanding opponent and called on his players to be 100% focused. He also referred to the quality of Aris' players, including the stoppers who have played for Rangers and Kokorin in attack.

Harold Moukoudi, representing the players, stressed the importance of the team's overall effort, both defensively and offensively.

Nikolic also referred to the change of Jovic with Martial in the European list, explaining that he prefers to focus on the players who are available. Finally, he rejected the characterization of AEK as favorites, stressing his respect for Aris Limassol.
