Newcastle: Wissa Transfer Completed in the Nick of Time!

Newcastle United acquired Yoane Wissa from Brentford, completing the transfer with just 30 seconds to spare before the deadline. Wissa's transfer followed the sale of Alexander Isak to Liverpool.

The Magpies received approximately €150 million for Isak and paid just over 1/3 of that amount (€58 million) for the 29-year-old striker from Congo. Wissa will form the team's attacking duo alongside Nick Voltemande.

Last season, Wissa scored 20 goals and provided 5 assists in 39 matches with Brentford.
