Diarra Seeks Compensation from FIFA and Belgian FA Again

Former French midfielder Lassana Diarra is restarting legal proceedings seeking €65 million in compensation from FIFA and the Belgian Football Association.
This follows the EU Court of Justice's October ruling that certain FIFA rules violated EU laws.
FIFA fined Diarra €10 million after he left Lokomotiv Moscow in 2014.
Diarra stated he waited months for an amicable settlement, which did not occur.
FIFA has modified its transfer regulations following the ECJ ruling.
