Harry Kane's Secret Clause in Bayern Munich Contract

Harry Kane continues to impress with his performance at Bayern Munich, following his move from Tottenham in the summer of 2023. Last season, he scored 41 goals and provided 14 assists in 51 matches.
He has started equally strong this year, with 13 goals and 3 assists in just 7 games. Reportedly, there is a clause in his contract, which expires in 2027, that allows him to leave Munich at the end of the season for 60 million euros.
To activate this clause, Kane must inform the Bayern management before the Bundesliga winter break, specifically before the end of December. This clause exists in case he wishes to return to the Premier League and chase Alan Shearer's productivity record, who has 260 goals, while Kane already has 213.
