Odysseas Vlachodimos: "To help Sevilla return to where it belongs, at the top"

Odysseas Vlachodimos made his first statements as a player of Sevilla, where he moved on loan from Newcastle.
The international goalkeeper referred to his career, his goals with Sevilla, and Vasilis Tsiartas.
"I am happy to be here. It was like a roller coaster ride. I can't wait to meet my teammates, the staff and the technical team. I can't wait to get started," he initially stated.
Regarding his decision to play for the Greek National Team, he said: "It was a difficult decision. I grew up in Germany, I had a great time and I will always be grateful that I played so many games with Germany and that I won the U21 Euro. The time came when I had to decide, and I chose with my heart and for my family. I am very happy to play with Greece."
Regarding his goals with Sevilla, he emphasized: "I would like to help Sevilla return to Europe. I think that Sevilla, with all this history and the seven Europa League trophies, must return to the top of LaLiga."
