Odysseas Vlachodimos: 4th Greek to Play for Sevilla

Odysseas Vlachodimos joins Sevilla on loan from Newcastle for one season, becoming the fourth Greek footballer to play for the Andalusian club.

In his first statements, Vlachodimos mentioned his football education at Panathinaikos and expressed his desire to follow in the footsteps of Vasilis Tsiartas at Sevilla.

The previous Greek players who wore the Sevilla jersey are: Vasilis Tsiartas (149 appearances, 47 goals, 10 assists), Petros Marinakis (12 appearances) and Nikos Machlas (14 appearances, 2 goals).
