Vlachodimos: "I want a career like Tsiartas at Sevilla"

Goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos has transferred to Sevilla and expressed his desire to follow in the footsteps of Vasilis Tsiartas, who had a successful career at the club.

In statements on Sevilla's official YouTube channel, Vlachodimos said he was happy about the transfer and looking forward to meeting his new teammates and coaching staff. He also referred to his career at Panathinaikos and Benfica, as well as his decision to play for the Greek National Team.

Vlachodimos stressed that he has experience in Spanish stadiums and that his goal is to help Sevilla return to the top of La Liga and Europe. He expressed his enthusiasm for the atmosphere at Sevilla's stadium and the support of the fans.

Referring to Vasilis Tsiartas, Vlachodimos said that he was an incredible player with a unique left foot and expressed the hope that he too would write a similar story with the club.
