Olympiacos: The difficult equation with foreign players

Olympiacos faces difficulties in selecting its foreign players, following the additions of Andrés Luiz and Clayton from Rio Ave. Both Brazilians do not have a community passport, increasing the number of foreign players in the team to seven.

In Greece, each team can use up to five non-EU players in each game. Before the new additions, Mansa was usually out of the squad. Now, coach José Luis Mendilibar must leave two players out in each league match.

In the match against Asteras Tripolis, El Kaabi was out due to injury and Rodinei for rest. In the match against Panathinaikos, Mendilibar left out Bruno and André Luiz, preferring Clayton.
