Olympiacos Finalizes Strefazza Deal – Immediate Integration

Gabriel Strefazza has been selected by Olympiacos to strengthen the left wing of the attack. The 'red and whites' proceeded to acquire the player from Como, following direct actions by Vangelis Marinakis.

The agreement with Como for the 28-year-old Brazilian-Italian was reached on Monday afternoon (July 28), with the transfer cost amounting to 8 million euros. A key role was played by Vangelis Marinakis' trip to Italy and his contacts with the Como management.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Strefazza is expected to travel to London for medical examinations and will then join Olympiacos' preparation in the Netherlands, under the guidance of José Luis Mendilibar.

According to reports from Italy, Strefazza will sign a four-year contract with Olympiacos, with an annual salary of 1.6 million euros, more than doubling his previous earnings.
