Upamecano: Bayern Denies Rejection of Renewal Offer

Bayern Munich has denied reports that Dayot Upamecano rejected a contract renewal offer. Max Eberl stated that discussions with the French defender are progressing well.

"What's circulating is nonsense. We are in very good discussions. It would be desirable to complete it before the end of the year, but I cannot promise that. I am very optimistic," he stated.

Bayern aims to finalize Upamecano's contract renewal soon.
