Panathinaikos: Expiring Contracts and Potential Changes

Panathinaikos has several expiring contracts, raising questions about the future of the roster. Of the 7 contracts expiring on June 30, 2026, 3 concern loaned players: Renato Sanches, Alban Lafont, and Anas Zaroury.
For Sanches and Lafont, new negotiations will be required. The case of Zaroury is different, as there is a mandatory purchase option from Lens, which will be activated in June 2026.
Among the 'old' players, the contracts of Daniel Mancini, Filip Djuricic, Filip Mladenovic, and Giannis Kotsiras are expiring. Mancini will likely leave, while decisions will be made for the others.
Alex Jeremejeff will leave in December 2025. Tonny Vilhena and Filip Max are not considered and efforts will be made to terminate their contracts.
Panathinaikos has a total of 23+2 player contracts until 2027, 2028, or 2029, including Andreas Tettei and Pavlos Pantelidis.
