Panathinaikos: PelĂstri Injured After Return

Panathinaikos faces a new setback with Facundo Pellistri, who has suffered a strain. The Uruguayan forward, who recently returned from a 2.5-month absence, is sidelined again.
After returning from international duty with Uruguay, where he withdrew due to injury, he underwent a medical examination. Panathinaikos' fears were confirmed, as a quadriceps strain was diagnosed in the other leg from his previous muscle problem.
The exact duration of his absence is unknown, but there is a possibility that he will return in early 2026. Sánchez and Kyriakopoulos remain sidelined, while Dessers, Kotsiras, and Kalabria completed part of the training program.
