Blow for Bologna: Lykogiannis out for three weeks

Unexpected setback for Bologna, as Babis Lykogiannis was injured in the match against Parma and will be out for at least three weeks.

The international left-back felt discomfort in his thigh, forcing the technical staff to replace him. Tests revealed acute tendinopathy.

Lykogiannis will miss the cup match against Lazio (11/2), as well as the league matches against Torino (15/2) and Udinese (23/2). His participation in the match against Pisa (1/3) is also doubtful. He will also be absent from the Europa League playoffs against Brann.

The 32-year-old defender has made 16 appearances this year.
