Strefazza: Debut, SPAL, and Collaboration with Douvikas
Gabriel Strefazza is José Luis Mendilibar's choice for Olympiacos, with Vangelis Marinakis playing a key role in his acquisition. The transfer of the Brazilian winger is in its final stages.
Strefazza started at SPAL's Primavera and went on to make 299 appearances in Italy, 123 of them in Serie A. He made his Serie A debut on September 15, 2019, with SPAL against Lazio.
He played on loan at Juve Stabia and Cremonese before establishing himself. In 2021, Lecce acquired him to help the team's promotion to Serie A, which he did. Later, he went to Como of Cesc FĂ bregas, celebrating promotion there as well.
Last season, Strefazza played in Serie A with Como, where he also had an assist from Tasos Douvikas in a match against Parma.
