Inter Milan Thrash Pisa 6-2 After Comeback

Inter Milan defeated Pisa 6-2 in a match that started disastrously for the home side. Despite Pisa taking a 2-0 lead with goals from Moreo (11′, 23′), Inter responded with goals from Zielinski (39′ pen.), Martinez (42′), Esposito (45’+2′), Di Marco (81′), Boni (85’) and Mkhitaryan (90’+3′).

Pisa surprised Inter at the beginning, but their attacking approach left gaps in defense. Inter increased the intensity after the 35th minute and turned the game around before halftime. In the second half, Inter dominated and scored three more goals.

With this victory, Inter now has a 6-point lead over Milan, although they have played one more game. Milan faces Roma in the Eternal City.
