UEFA Punishes AEK for Anderlecht Match

UEFA has imposed penalties on AEK for the behavior of its fans during the match against Anderlecht on August 28.
Specifically, the lower tier of the north stand at the OPAP Arena (gates 19-21-23-25) will be closed for the team's next European match, against Aberdeen.
Additionally, AEK was given a suspended sentence of closing the same gates for another match, suspended for two years.
UEFA also imposed a fine of 86,000 euros for the lighting of flares (30,000 euros), blocked passageways (18,000 euros), the use of lasers (18,000 euros), chants not in accordance with regulations (17,500 euros), and the entry of fans onto the field (2,500 euros).
