Ivanišević on Tsitsipas: "He is in a serious mental crisis"

Goran Ivanišević, a few weeks after his split with Stefanos Tsitsipas, expressed concern about the Greek tennis player's psychological state.

In statements to a Serbian media outlet, Ivanišević stated: "I feel sorry for him… He is an excellent tennis player who is in a serious crisis, more psychological than physical."

The Croatian coach expressed hope that the 26-year-old Tsitsipas will return to his good days, stressing that "he has not forgotten how to play tennis, but it will be a long road."
