Stefanos Tsitsipas: Risk of Falling Out of Top-50

Stefanos Tsitsipas is at risk of falling out of the top 50 in the ATP world rankings after his defeat by Denis Shapovalov at Indian Wells.
This defeat is expected to drop him to at least No. 50, with the possibility of falling even further. Previously, his defeat in the first round of the Dubai tournament by Ugo Humbert had already brought him to No. 43.
The drop in the rankings will result in tougher draws for Tsitsipas in future tournaments, including Grand Slams, as he will be forced to face top tennis players in early rounds.
Tsitsipas reached No. 3 in the world rankings on August 9, 2021.
