Djokovic: Fine in Marbella, ATP Tournament in Athens

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic is facing issues with the municipality of Marbella, having been fined 5,000 euros for unauthorized work on his mansion. According to La Opinión de Málaga newspaper, he did not obtain the necessary permit within two months of being notified of the violation.
Djokovic is required to demolish a terrace, a bathroom, and an underground parking area. He has already received three fines since buying the house in 2020.
Meanwhile, an ATP tournament named 'Hellenic Championship' will be held in Athens from November 2 to 8, at the OAKA indoor arena. Novak Djokovic intended to move the tournament from Belgrade to the Greek capital.
Djokovic is preparing for the US Open, having decided not to participate in the Masters 1000 tournaments in Canada and Cincinnati.
