ChatGPT-5: New 'Personalities' and Improved Accuracy

OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT-5, the latest version of its chatbot, aimed at improving communication with users.

GPT-5 incorporates a 'real-time routing' system that automatically selects the appropriate model for each task. Users can choose between four predefined 'personalities': Cynic, Robot, Listener, and Nerd, changing the tone and style of the responses.

OpenAI reports that GPT-5 is 45% less likely to produce errors in online searches compared to GPT-4o, while without internet use, the error probability is reduced by 80% compared to model o3.

The new version produces more expressive texts and can create websites, applications, and games with a single command. It also supports integration with Gmail and Google Calendar for program management.

According to OpenAI, GPT-5 achieved the highest score on the HealthBench test, providing more accurate answers on health issues, emphasizing that it does not replace a healthcare professional.
