Dangerous Apps on App Store: Crypto Theft from iPhones

Cybersecurity experts warn iPhone users about malicious apps on the App Store that mimic well-known crypto wallets.
According to Kaspersky, iOS apps redirect to fake pages where users are prompted to install malware, stealing seed phrases and gaining access to digital wallets.
26 apps were identified posing as MetaMask, Ledger, Trust Wallet, Coinbase, TokenPocket, imToken, and Bitpie.
Users are prompted to accept the installation of developer profiles, bypassing Apple's security.
Kaspersky has informed Apple about removing the apps. Caution is advised, avoid suspicious redirects, and verify the authenticity of apps.
