Current applications include: hospitals (appointment reminders), insurance companies and banks (customer support), security firms (fear detection), government ministries (mass evacuation instructions), clinics (appointment management), supermarkets (customer service), and businesses needing continuous customer interaction.
In hospitals, Kalimera.ai is already used for appointment reminders with positive results. The voice is available in 37 languages and can create new voices from just 50 hours of recordings. The goal is to support 100+ languages within the next three years.
