Athenian Riviera: Multi-Million Investments for Upgrade

Significant multi-million euro investments are underway in the Athenian Riviera, aiming to upgrade the area's organized beaches and infrastructure. The redevelopments concern areas from Voula and Varkiza to Akti Vouliagmenis.

At B’Plaz Voula, the Athens Beach Club consortium plans investments of €15 million. Giorgos Prokopiou is expanding his investments to Elliniko with €500 million. ETAΔ has completed Phase A for the lease of Akti Vouliagmenis. In Varkiza, Black Wave Varkiza will make investments exceeding €15 million.
