Rhodes: Six pasta dishes worth trying

In Rhodes, we highlighted six pasta dishes from restaurants and taverns on the island.
At Lakani restaurant (Al. Diakou 12), chef Dimitris Kontaratos usually uses Rodian 'matsi,' a pasta similar to 'hilopitaki.' When we visited, he used tagliatele. The pasta was al dente, in a sauce of lemon, garlic and shrimp paste, with sea urchin on top.
