The World's Most Powerful Passports for 2026: Greece's Position

According to the latest Henley Passport Index, Singapore holds the top spot, allowing entry to 192 countries without a visa. Japan and South Korea follow with 188 destinations.
Greece is in fourth place along with other European countries, offering access to 185 destinations visa-free.
The United Arab Emirates recorded the largest increase in the ranking, adding 149 new visa-free destinations since 2006.
The United Kingdom recorded the largest annual loss, with its citizens able to travel without a visa to 182 destinations, eight fewer than last year.
The United States returned to 10th place with 179 destinations.
