Pakistan: Bodies of Three Transgender Women Found in Karachi

Pakistani police discovered the bodies of three transgender women with multiple gunshot wounds in the Memon Goth area of Karachi. The bodies were found on the side of a road.
Javed Ahmed Abro, a Karachi police official, stated that authorities are trying to identify the victims and that it is too early to determine the motive for the murders. The head of the Sindh province ordered the immediate arrest of the murderers.
Amnesty International has expressed concerns about the increasing violence against transgender people in Pakistan.
