The revelation coincided with the conviction of two teenagers in London for torturing and killing cats. Authorities are investigating a possible link to the international network.

The Feline Guardians organization recorded a new torture video every 14 hours, with the largest group exceeding 1,000 members. The content includes drowning, electrocution, and starvation.

The potential involvement of children in the network is also a concern.
