Dramatic Rescue of Child and Mother from Taxi in Dagestan

A dramatic video captured the rescue of a child and their mother from a taxi being swept away by floodwaters in Dagestan, Russia. The incident occurred in the October Revolution Canal.

In the video, two men are seen hanging from a metal beam and grabbing the child as the taxi was carried away. A third man helped to safely bring the child to shore.

According to local media, the rescuers also managed to save the child's mother, while the taxi driver managed to escape from the vehicle on their own. One of the rescuers was identified as Assadulla Magomedov, a trainee from the Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov school.
