One Dead, One Injured in Stockholm Shooting

One person was killed and another injured in a shooting near a mosque in the city of Örebro, Sweden. Police announced that the incident is believed to be linked to rivalries between organized crime gangs.

A man around 25 years old succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. Police are investigating the case as attempted murder and are searching for a suspect.

Sweden has been facing a wave of gang-related violence for over a decade. In February, 10 students and teachers were killed in a similar incident in Örebro.
