Finnish MP Found Dead in Parliament

A member of the Finnish Social Democratic Party, Emeli Peltonen, was found dead in the Parliament building in Helsinki. He was 30 years old.
His death was confirmed by the Parliament's press service. Helsinki police reported receiving an emergency call at 11:06 a.m. (local time) and that there was no indication of foul play.
The newspaper Iltalehti reported that it was a suicide, information that was not disputed by the Parliament's security director, Aaro Toivonen.
Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo expressed his sadness over the event. Peltonen had announced in June that he was facing health problems, including a kidney condition.
