France: Poll Highlights Rise of the Far-Right

An annual poll by Ipsos, conducted for Le Monde, the Jean Jaurès Foundation, and the Montaigne Institute, underscores the strengthening of the far-right in France.
According to the survey, 22% of respondents stated that they most favored Marine Le Pen's National Rally. The Socialist Party and La France Insoumise each garnered 8%, while Emmanuel Macron's Renaissance party and the Republican party received 6%. The Greens received 5%.
Regarding political alignment, 41% stated they belonged to the right, 28% to the left, and 18% to the center. 38% desire a society like the one proposed by the National Rally, while 33% prefer a society like the one proposed by the Socialist Party.
The Republican party is considered the most reliable with 48%, followed by the National Rally with 47%. Overall, the poll shows that the French do not consider political parties reliable.
