Germany: Security Concerns Rise, Immigration Top Issue

According to a poll by the Infratest-dimap Institute for ARD, one in two citizens in Germany feels unsafe in public spaces. 48% of respondents express concern, compared to 50% who feel safe.
Immigration is highlighted as the most significant problem for 32% of citizens, followed by the economy (28%) and social injustice (18%).
Satisfaction with the federal government remains low, with only 22% expressing satisfaction. In voting intention, the Christian Union (CDU/CSU) leads with 27%, while the Alternative for Germany (AfD) follows with 26%.
Additionally, 58% of respondents express insecurity about Germany's foreign policy situation, 69% about the country's economic position in the world, and 72% about social stability at home.
