US: Air India Boeing 787 Crash Not Due to Fuel System Malfunction

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) stated that the Air India Boeing 787 crash on June 12 was not caused by a mechanical failure in the fuel supply system.
Brian Bedford of the FAA mentioned that experts thoroughly examined the possibility of a mechanical issue. The plane crashed seconds after takeoff from Ahmedabad, India, en route to London, killing 241 passengers and 19 on the ground.
