Meteorologists predict mild weather conditions until Christmas, with no significant changes. Scenarios of a cold snap and snow are not confirmed.

Giorgos Tsatrafyllias from Alpha mentioned that there are no indications of a significant change in the weather, as the strong anticyclone prevents the formation of clouds and winter conditions.

According to Anastasia Tyraski of ERT, strengthened northerly winds in the Aegean will bring local cloud cover and light rain to areas such as Evia and northern Crete. Around December 20, a temporary retreat of the anticyclone is expected, with possible local rains.

Frost occurred in areas of the central and northern mainland on Sunday 14/12, with the minimum temperature (-4.3 °C) recorded in Neo Kavkaz.

Today's weather: Cloudy at times in Halkidiki, Eastern Thessaly, Sterea, Peloponnese, Evia, Crete and the Aegean. Possible sporadic rains in Eastern Sterea, Sporades, Evia and Crete.

Tuesday, December 16: In the west, sparse clouds that will thicken in the evening. In the east, generally clear weather with few local clouds.

Wednesday, December 17: In the west, local clouds and generally clear from noon. In the east, sparse clouds locally denser.

Thursday, December 18: Generally clear weather throughout the country with few temporary clouds.

Friday, December 19: Sparse clouds that will gradually thicken from the west.
