Italy: Migrant Boat Capsizes off Lampedusa - 20 Dead

At least 20 people have died and 27 are missing after a boat carrying migrants and refugees capsized off Lampedusa, Italy.

The boat capsized 14 nautical miles southwest of the island. Approximately 80 survivors have been taken to shore.

Italian authorities are continuing the search for survivors.
