Meteorologists are divided regarding the upcoming weather deterioration starting Friday. Giannis Kallianos predicts the potential development of a "squall line" with heavy rainfall and gale-force winds. However, Nikos Kanteres disputes this prediction, calling it reckless to publicly release such information.

Nikos Kanteres states that Friday will bring the last impact of February regarding rainfall and temperature drops, but he does not foresee high rainfall amounts or strong winds. Conversely, Giannis Kallianos speaks of rainfall phenomena starting early Friday morning in the northern and northwestern parts of the country and quickly spreading.

The Hellenic National Meteorological Service (EMY) forecasts initially almost clear weather for Thursday, but with clouds and local rain in the west from noon. On Friday, clouds with rain and scattered thunderstorms are expected in the west, central, and northern regions, while local rain will occur in the rest of the country. Winds will blow from southern directions at 5 to 7 Beaufort.
