Kyiv: 23 Dead in Russian Bombardments, 8 Missing

At least 23 people have been killed in Kyiv following massive Russian bombardments. Eight people remain missing.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that a three-year-old girl was among the victims. "The fate of 8 people remains unknown. Fifty-three others have been injured," he wrote on social media.

A day of mourning has been declared in Kyiv. Zelenskyy has once again called for "strong sanctions" against Russia.

"Russia only understands power (...) The US, Europe and the G20 countries have this power," he emphasized.
