Manchester: Plane Collision at Airport – Flight Delays

Two EasyJet planes collided at Manchester Airport on Friday morning (August 15), causing temporary flight delays. The incident occurred around 06:30 (UK time) when one aircraft's wingtip struck another while taxiing on the runway.

No injuries were reported. The aircraft were scheduled to depart for Paris and Gibraltar. Passengers disembarked, and EasyJet provided replacement aircraft.

Tynisha Chaudhry, a passenger on the flight to Gibraltar, reported feeling the plane shake. An investigation into the incident is underway.
