N. Giannopoulos Breaks Silence on N. Pappas Incident

Journalist Nikos Giannopoulos has spoken out about the alleged assault incident in Strasbourg involving MEP Nikos Pappas.

According to N. Giannopoulos, the incident occurred in a bar, where N. Pappas allegedly tripped him and then struck him in the back of the head. N. Giannopoulos has filed a lawsuit, and proceedings for immediate arrest were initiated.

Reportedly, N. Pappas left Strasbourg via Germany to avoid arrest.

Speaking on the SPORT24 YouTube show, N. Giannopoulos described the incident in detail and N. Pappas's reactions afterward. He stated that N. Pappas tried to contact him and express remorse, but he did not respond.

N. Giannopoulos stated that he had no prior issues with N. Pappas and would only communicate with him again in court.
