Poland accuses Russia of sabotaging its railway network. Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz stated that all traces lead to Russia, following sabotage incidents last weekend.

Speaking on Radio Zet, Kosiniak-Kamysz confirmed that investigators are examining a device found near the explosion site on the Warsaw-Lubin line. The device is believed to have been placed to record the explosion or observe the site.

The spokesman for the Polish Special Forces, Jacek Dobrzyński, also claimed that the evidence points to Moscow. Polish authorities have launched an investigation into acts of sabotage of a terrorist nature committed on behalf of a foreign intelligence service.

The Polish government convened a meeting of the national security committee to consider the next steps.
